Terms & Conditions

Please call as at 781-894-8300 for pricing on any travel points not listed in the rate table and for information regarding corporate accounts.

Rate Policies:
  • Hourly rate begins when the car leaves the garage and ends upon its return to the garage.

  • Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.

  • Driver gratuity is not included in the above listed rates, as we feel it's only proper to allow the client to reward the driver based on his/her level of service. (Note: 20% is recommended for excellent service.)

  • Tolls and airport fees will be added to your bill.

  • Local stops en route are billed at $6.00 per stop.

  • Additional stops in other towns are billed at $25 per stop.

  • We offer a 25 minute wait period after the domestic flight arrival time and 45 minutes wait period for international flights at no charge. Non-Airport pick-ups will have a 5 minute wait period. Once the wait period has elapsed, there will be a charge of $6.00 per 5 minute increment.

  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time will result in a full charge equal to the cost of the trip plus the 20% service charge.

  • A no-show fee equal to the scheduled trip cost plus a 20% service fee will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location.

  • There is a $10.00 surcharge for service scheduled between midnight and 4:00 AM.

  • A $25.00 surcharge will be added to all trips occurring on the following holidays: New Year, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Billing:
Rides are billed to the customer's corporate or personal account.
We also accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club.
